In December 2025, we repeated our large-scale employee survey. Recurring employee surveys—from ad hoc and topic-specific to comprehensive employee feedback—are an integral and important part of our corporate culture.

The high level of participation once again demonstrated how great the interest is in actively shaping our company – we are very pleased about this and would like to say THANK YOU for the honest feedback.

The results provide us with valuable insights:
They confirm what is already going well and at the same time show where we can improve. This is precisely where we see the greatest added value in terms of deriving targeted measures and initiating sustainable improvements.

Training and employee development:
This topic was the focus of improvement requests this time around. We empower the people in our team to do their jobs well, to continuously optimize their workflow, and to develop individually. This supports increasing their job satisfaction and is at the top of our agenda. We don’t want temporary employees, we want long-term team members, which is why we invest an average of 80 hours of training per year in each employee.

For us, the need for improvement in training and development means rolling up our sleeves and getting to work on the interfaces, identifying where the problems lie and what we can do better in our employer journey. We are currently conducting a complete review of our training modules, adapting formats, training our tutors, and updating content. We are also adding new training material, because our world is changing rapidly—and employee training must keep pace.

Use of artificial intelligence in everyday work:
A current example of training and development. Shortly before Christmas, our annual interactive qualification week (SuP Academy Week) focused on AI in our processes. The lessons learned are also directly incorporated into our training modules and expand our range of qualifications.

Our employee survey is therefore a central component of continuous development, an open feedback culture, and strong cooperation.
